Introduction to iStories
An iStory could be described as many things. An interactive text adventure. A choose-your-own adventure story!
It is for use with the iPod’s notes feature, but can also be used [if it is downloaded in text form], with anything that has a ‘notes’ function, and supports text links.
iStory Creators
It can be written by anyone with programs like iStory Creator or iWriter! iStory Creator is no longer avalible through it’s main site, iPodSoft. But, iStory Creator can still be downloaded at MAD Studios , This is a Windows version only. iWriter can be downloaded as a 15 day trial version, or can be bought for 12 dollars or so.

There are not that many sites that contain iStories anymore, as the iStory community is still small, and growing; but some are:

Leading iStory Distributer
The leading iStory distributer, though, is MAD Studios! It has many iStories, all of high quality, along with talk about iStories, and talk about iPods, a nice, growing, active community, and many demos that are unreleased to the rest of the public!
iStory Authors
iStories are viewable in the notes section of your iPod. Some of the best artists I have seen in iStories are KER, Mars, JR/Moonlight, and Rik, who might be the most talented of them all. All of their iStories can be found at MAD Studios.
iStory Genres
iStories come in all genres, like horror. The best horror iStory is Nightscape by Rik. Then there are just fun ones, maybe random, like Day in the Life of a Nerd by Mars. And for combat, check out Tron 1.1, by JR!
Best iStory
The best iStory of all, would probably have to be Nightscape by Rik! It feels real, it is very gorey, and very awesome! It is long, and has three different endings! This iStory, however, is probably not for the faint of heart.
